Begin the new year with a focus on wellness and self-care! Micronesia Mall invites the community to its 3rd Annual "New Year, New You" Mind, Body & Wellness Expo on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 10am to 3pm at the Micronesia Mall Center Court. This event will feature fitness/wellness demonstrations, a fashion showcase, diverse community resources, table displays, and a chance to win an exciting FREE economy class round trip ticket to Manila on Philippine Airlines, courtesy of Goodwind Travel!

This year's expo is designed to inspire healthy living by connecting the community with products, services, and resources that support fitness, nutrition, beauty, and overall well-being. Attendees can explore a wide array of photo spots, wellness and fitness opportunities, and health-focused resources available on Guam.

The expo will feature a diverse lineup of exhibitors and sponsors including Micronesia Mall's beauty and health shops, alongside select fitness and wellness-focused businesses and organizations around Guam including Goodwind Travel/Philippine Airlines, American Bakery, MM Theatres, AURA Guam, Guam Regional Medical City, Guam Chess Federation, Guam Conservatory of Arts, Guam Running Club, Macy’s (Home and Women’s), Sindalu Siha, SKN Beauty & Skincare, St. Luke’s Medical Center/PhilMD, The Medical City, Trove Guam, the UOG Community Nutrition Program, Vitamin World, and more! Additionally, the event features representatives from the Philippines, including the Philippine Department of Tourism, Urban Smiles Dental Clinic, Makati Medical Center, and Avignon Clinic.

Enjoy dynamic fashion shows from Mall retailers throughout the day! Watch as Macy's presents the latest in women's activewear, local clothing shop Aura (located on the 2nd floor of Concourse 3) showcases contemporary feminine styles, and upscale thrift and consignment boutique Trove Guam (located in Concourse 1) features eco-chic looks.

Beyond the fashion shows, visitors can participate in fitness and wellness demonstrations, explore photo displays, sign up for services, and enjoy table giveaways aligned with the event themes. Additionally, in partnership with the Guam Chess Federation, the Mall offers chess training/classes every Saturday from 10am to 1pm, followed by tournaments on Saturdays from 1:30pm to 6pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm.
