Micronesia Mall to Host "Meet the Candidates" Event on Sunday, July 5, Connecting Voters Directly with 2026 Election Hopefuls

Micronesia Mall invites the island community to the "Meet the Candidates” event on Sunday, July 5, 2026 from 12:00PM to 3:00PM at the Micronesia Mall Center Court. This public outreach event offers voters a unique opportunity to connect face-to-face and speak one-on-one with individuals running in Guam’s upcoming 2026 Primary Election.

The free community event is designed for residents of all ages to engage directly with local political figures. Dozens of confirmed candidates from senatorial, congressional, and gubernatorial brackets will set up tables to share their platforms, answer questions, and hear directly from constituents about their visions for Guam's future.

To help empower the electorate, the Guam Election Commission will host a dedicated voter registration table during the event. This service allows eligible residents to register to vote or update their existing voter registration details on-site. GTA will also have a table with fun voting stickers and small giveaways for attendees.

Telo Taitague, Sen. Will Parkinson, Lillian Guerrero, Matteo Mortera, Jonathan Savares, Angel Sablan, Gregorio Calvo, Joseph Arriola, Raffaele Sgambelluri, Captain Kin Cruz, and Fred Bordallo.

Congressional candidates scheduled to attend include Delegate James Moylan and Mary Torres who will be available to meet with the public.
