Celebrate the Fourth of July at the Micronesia Mall with Live Performances, Games, Contests, and Over $2,500 in Giveaways (July 4, 2026)

Looking for things to do this Fourth of July? Micronesia Mall invites the community to celebrate America's 250th birthday on Saturday, July 4, 2026 from 11AM to 2PM at the Center Court with family-friendly activities, live entertainment, exciting and themed contests, and over $2,500 in prizes and giveaways.

The free community event is for people of all ages, including game stations, prize drawings every 30 minutes, kids' activity stations, live entertainment, free popcorn samples, themed Ko’ko’ Express rides, and the inaugural American Bakery Hot Dog Eating Contest.

The Guam Election Commission will also host a voter registration table during the celebration, allowing eligible residents to register to vote or update their voter registration while attending the event. Voter registration services will also be available during Micronesia Mall's “Meet the Candidates” event on Sunday, July 5.

Throughout the event, guests will have the chance to win $50 in Foot Locker gift cards, $25 Pepper Lunch gift certificates, MM Theatres movie tickets, Ko'ko' Express tickets, gift certificates from Maui Tacos, and other sponsor prizes, culminating in a grand prize drawing of $250 in Foot Locker gift cards (and more). You must be present to win.

One of the day's featured attractions will be the inaugural Hot Dog Eating Contest sponsored by American Bakery, where contestants will have 2 minutes and 50 seconds to eat as many hot dogs as possible for a chance to win a prize package of $100 in Foot Locker gift cards, 2 MM Theatres movie tickets, and a Micronesia Mall tote bag. 2nd and 3rd Place finishers will also receive prize packages.

Entertainment throughout the event includes stellar performances by Elite Guam Dance Academy and Stargazers Dance Troupe.

Guests can also visit the MM Theatres booth for complimentary popcorn samples and information about the $2 Summer Family Movie Series. From July 1 through July 4, visitors can also participate in the MM Theatres sponsored “Minions Popcorn Weight Guessing Game” in the Center Court for a chance to win a special prize package to celebrate the movie's premiere.
